Creative Inspirations Paint Birthday Celebration Blog Hop

I'm so glad you could stop by today, Creative Inspirations Paints is celebrating it's First Birthday with a Blog Hop, some Blog Candy and a set of Limited Edition Colors!  You should have arrived from Kendra's Blog, if not, you'll want to be sure to start at the Creative Inspirations Paint Blog, so you don't miss any artwork or clues you need to pick up from each of the designers blog in order to enter the Random Drawing for the Blog Candy.

A little about the FAB new colors!  For a LIMITED TIME, Creative Inspirations Paint has released FOUR wonderful colors - Ivory, Burgundy, Denium and Beige.  When I saw the new colors, I immediately thought how beautiful they'd be on holiday cards!  This Limited Edition Set is available for purchase at the Creative Inspirations Website for $2.25 each or $8.00 (plus shipping) if you purchase the Limited Edition Set of new colors.

I used all four of the new Limited Edition colors along with several others on this wonderful Vintage Santa image from the Artistic Outpost Snowy Woods plate.  I stamped the image in Black Archival on White card stock, then added the paints using an H20 Brush.  Once the paints were dry, I added some Tea Dye Ink with an Ink Blending Tool to age the panel a bit.  The Basic Grey paper I used had Red Berries, that didn't quite match with my image, so I painted over them with the Burgundy color and an H20 Brush.

Your next stop on the hop is Barbara's blog, but before you go, my clue letter is G.  Remember, you need to stop by each of the Design Team Members Blogs collect your clue letters, (leave 'em a comment while your there), then leave your clue word on the Creative Inspirations Blog (note comment moderation is enabled), for your chance to win some Blog Candy courtesy of Creative Inspirations Paint.  One winner will be randomly chosen to receive this awesome prize!  The winner can select 12 Creative Inspirations Paint jars of their choice - how cool is that!  You have until August 18th, to follow the hop, collect your clues and enter the Blog candy Drawing.  Remember clue words are to be left on the Creative Inspirations Paint Blog for your chance to win.

Have a great day!
