Heart and Soul - Bloggers Challenge Color Splash

Happy Bloggers Challenge Friday! Thanks to those who played along with last weeks Embossing Challenge, this weeks challenge is a Color Splash (use Black, White and a Splash of Color).

I created a Mixed Media card using stamps and Custom Dies from Our Daily Bread Designs, using shades of Pink as my "color splash".

To create the background, I added Molding Paste to a Chevron Stencil, then lightly spritzed with Pink Glimmer Mist.  I die cut the ODBD Custom Fancy Foliage Die from Vellum and White embossed the die cut before adding it to my card.  The dies are die cut and embossed from Mixed Media card stock using the ODBD Custom Ornate Hearts Die.  The larger heart die cut is sponge with shades of Pink Distress Inks.  To further embellish I added some Silver Cording, the stamped/White embossed sentiment is from the Heart and Soul stamp set, the gems were color using Tattered Angels Glimmer Glam.

Details:
Stamps - Our Daily Bread Designs Heart and Soul
Card Stock - White, Black, Mixed Media
Ink - Versamark, Ranger Distress Inks
Other - White Embossing Powder, Glimmer Mist, Glimmer Glam, Zva Creative Gems, Glue Dots, Silver Cording, Dimensionals, Molding Paste, Chevron Stencil, ODBD Custom Fancy Foliage Die, ODBD Custom Ornate Hearts Die, Big Shot
