Happy Bloggers Challenge Friday! Thanks to those who played along with last weeks Pretty Packaging Challenge, I enjoyed seeing your creations! This weeks Challenge theme is Things with Wings.
For this weeks challenge, I used the Things with Wings theme along with Our Daily Bread Designs To the Lovebirds stamp set to create a wedding card.
All pattern paper is from My Minds. I die cut Spellbinders Radiant Rectangles from Espresso card stock to layer on my base panel, then die cut the Oval from the set from My Minds Eye paper and stamped the sentiment from To the Lovebirds stamp set in Coffee Archival. The bird cage was stamped in Coffee on Vanilla card stock, then die cut with Our Daily Bread Designs Exclusive Bird Cage and Banner Dies. With the ODBD July Release , ODBD introduced a new way to die cut their stamps that have coordinating dies, I've attached the video below, if you haven't seen it. The birds are die cut from Espresso card stock using this same die, and an offset panel for the bird cage was cut using the Silhouette. To embellish I added Zva Creative Green Crystal Gems (CRB-04CB-115) along with some Prima and Zva flowers and leaves.
Details:
