Sprint Towards your Dreams

CAS one day, Mixed Media the next!  I had so much fun creating this card last week, that I've challenged myself to try to create at least one mixed media card or project each week.

For this card I used plates from Artistic Outpost, Blue, Brown, Green, Orange and White Acrylic Paints, Stencils from The Crafters Workshop and the Gelli Arts Plate.

Mixed Media Card using the Gelli Arts Plate, Artistic Outpost stamps and stencil from The Crafters Workshop
After creating a print using the Gelli Arts Plate, Acrylic Paints and Gears Stencil, I randomly stamped images from the Artistic Outpost Industrial Backgrounds plate in Black Archival.   Then added Black embossed images from the Charles and Amelia plate.  The sentiment is stamped on scraps of the mono printing, sponged in Gathered Twigs ink, adhered to the card, then outlined using a Black STAETDLER Lumocolor Permanent Marker.

Details:
Stamps - Artistic Outpost Charles & Amelia, Industrial Backgrounds
Ink - Ranger Black Archival, Gathered Twigs
Card Stock - Black, Teal, White
Other - Gelli Arts Plate, Brayer, The Crafters Workshop Stencil, Ink Blending Tool, Clear Embossing Powder, Heat Gun, Staedtler Lumocolor Permanent Marker, Acrylic Paint (Orange, Brown, Blue, White, Green)

Don't forget that Artistic Outpost offers a Monthly Referral Challenge for those who use Artistic Outpost stamps!  Be sure to join us tomorrow for the Artistic Outpost Monthly DT Hop!

You should definitely do more mixed media, it looks wonderful! I love those colors and maybe I should use some of the sprays and daubers I had to have huh?
