Zva Creative October Blog Hop

Welcome to the Zva Creative October Blog Hop! If you arrived here from Fabi's Blog, you are in the right place, if not you might want to start at Zva Creative Blog, so that you don't miss any of the designers beautiful creations. Hidden along the hop are FIVE Zva Creative prize packages, so it's important to leave a comment on as many blogs as you can along the way. Winners will be randomly chosen after the hop is over.

Stamps - LaBlanche Pondering Child

To create my card, I used the sweet Pondering Child image from LaBlanche, stamping in Black Archival on Vanilla card stock.  The image is colored with STAEDTLER Karat Aquarell Watercolor Markers, blending with Gamsol to soften the colors.  The Bo Bunny papers are stamped with the Vine Background from Our Daily Bread Designs using the Ink and Roll Technique, so that only a portion of the BG is stamped.  To embellish my card, I used Zva Creative Black Crystal Flourishes (CRS-05CB-112), Blue and Taupe Roses, and added some Eggshell Vintage Seam Binding that I dyed with Peeled Paint Distress Stain and tied into a double bow.

Details:
Stamps - LaBlanche Pondering Child, Our Daily Bread Designs Vine Background Stamp
Ink - Ranger Black Archival, Ranger Gathered Twigs Distress Ink, Staedtler Karat Aquarell WC Pencils
Card Stock - Olive, Vanilla, Black
Other - Gamsol, Blending Stumps, Zva Creative Black Crystal Flourishes/Mini Roses, Glue Dots, Peeled Paint Distress Stain, Heat Gun, Eggshell Vintage Seam Binding, Bo Bunny Pattern Paper

To increase your chances of winning one of the FIVE Zva Creative Prize Packages:

The Blog Hop runs through 11:59 EST on Tuesday, October 30th.  Be sure to check back on Wednesday to see if you are one of the lucky Zva Creative Prize Package winners!  The winners will be announced on the Zva Creative Blog.

Really nice paper layering, and that stamp is lovely. I like your stitching as well, it's a fascinating contrast to the structure and formality of some of the other bits.
