Life is Good - Artistic Outpost Releases Kudzu Kafe

Welcome to the Artistic Outpost May Release Blog Hop!  This month Artistic Outpost has released Kudzu Kafe, a Southern inspired collection that pays homage to lazy days of summer.  This plate has some fantastic nostalgic images  from the early 1900's, along with some Thoreau sentiments.  The Kudzu Kafe plate works wonderfully with many other  Artistic Outpost plates.

I just love the images in this plate, and thought they'd be perfect to combine with images from Bloom and Grow and Country Life!

The chickens stamped in Black Archival on Watercolor paper, then masked with Eclipse Tape.  Then I stamped the Farm Scene and Seed Packet, coloring the images with STAEDTLER Karat Aquarell Watercolor Pencils.  The girl from the new Kudzu Kafe plate was stamped twice, once on Watercolor paper, and again on a piece of We R Memory Keepers Pattern paper, then I paper pieced the dress image, and adhered the girl to the seed packet with dimensionals.
