Bloggers Challenge - A Style all Your Own

Happy Bloggers Challenge Friday, thanks for stopping by today!  This weeks challenge theme is Nature, feel free to interpret the theme as you desire.  You could use nature themed stamps/papers, add embellies that are natured themed, it's pretty much wide open to your imagination.  Thanks to everyone who joined us last week with your beautiful color inspiration pieces!

Before I share my card, I'd like to wish all the Mom's a Happy Mother's Day Weekend!  Enjoy your special day!  If your looking to do a little shopping, Artistic Outpost is having a Mother's Day Weekend Special, use code May2011 at checkout to save 20% off their entire line of stamps, card stock, papers, and inks

So, where did I go with the Nature theme?  I used some lovely nature print paper from Pink Paislee, a beautiful flourishy nature image (butterflies, ivy and birds) from the Serenity Plate by Artistic Outpost, and a
Recollections Mulberry Flower.

Lisa--You are always teaching us that there is so much more to stamping on a project--I LOVE the layers in your Nature card. It's fantastic--the papers are great, the emboss resist of the dress is a real WOW! and the color you chose for your flower on the belt is perfect as it brings out the shades of that from your panels.
Great job-love it!

Lisa thanks so much for helping us celebrate our 100th sketch milestone at Sweet Sketch Wednesday. Your card is simply stunning and so creative with the sketch. I love the antique papers - they are so interesting, especially with the emboss resist technique on the wonderful dress form. Tying the tulle and the ribbon/flower on the dress form is just genious. Thanks for sharing this gorgeous card with us at Sweet Sketch Wednesday. I do hope you'll return again to share your creativity with us.
All the best,
