Bloggers Challenge - Color Challenge

Happy Bloggers Challenge Friday, thanks for stopping by!  I hope you've been staying warm with all this cold weather we've been having.  Thanks to those who stopped by and played along with last weeks BC, there were a lot of wonderful Birthday ideas.
This weeks Bloggers Challenge is a color challenge - use Red, Black and White on your creations.  If you'd like to play along, please link in using the link feature below.

I know what your thinking...She has GREEN on her card!  It didn't actually dawn on me until after I was writing up my post, and since I was running a bit behind, I opted to leave it.  Just pretend Green is a neutral!

I used the Faux Pressed Flowers Technique with Heartfelt Creations Daisy Patch Swirls, Daisy Patch Flowers Stamps/Die.  Just a CAS layout, the scallop edge was created with the Decorative Butterfly - Border Die.  I really like the look of this technique and will be trying it again with other flower/swirl images.

Great challenge Lisa. Interesting tech you used, need to look into it, and I agree....green is neutral!

There is not one thing to change on this card -- it is fabulous! Love the paper, but the texture is perfect and the flower, even with that bit of green, is gorgeous!

Lovely pressed flower. I am going to have to try that technique. Just think if you did it before you used your rolly roses. LOL! Beautiful card.
