Three Clover Thursday Challenge

Yep, it's Thursday, time for another 3CT Challenge from Kerry.....This weeks challenge is - Favorite Technique. Yes, I know I just did this last week with Bloggers Challenge, and told you I couldn't really pick a favorite technique, ya know there's just so many of them!

I was late getting my card over to Kerry for her blog post - just too many things going on this week. Boys are off on Break, carpooling the 13YO and friends for Track practice, running the 15YO what seems like everywhere...Then by the time I actually go to bed, I'm getting up with DH. My muse seems to flow much better late at night when no one's around, that's my excuse this week for not uploading for Kerry sooner, and I'm sticking to it!

Enough babbling from me - here's my cards for this weeks challenge. I'm doing a little multitasking again, so I'm posting two Technique cards.

I dusted off my well loved Stipple Rose, used the same layout from yesterday's post (SC224), and the Marker Watercoloring Technique to color my images. I don't own any Copics (I know ***GASP***), this is my favorite way to color images.

For this card I applied the new Alcohol Inks Brights Summit View to my Glossy card stock. Like you would for Polished Stone, but I left out the Metallic Reinkers - sometimes the bolder images are hard to stamp over Metallic. Once dry, I stamped and embossed my scene image from I Brake for Stamps. Wouldn't you love to vacation here? As always, you can click the photos to enlarge.

Thanks for stopping by, be sure to stop by the other Three Clover Challenge Team Members Blogs - you'll find the link on my sidebar.

That rose is the absolute best for this technique. Beautiful! The second card is great too--very serene feeling.
