Another Monday, another sketch from MJ. This week I'm combining the sketch with Jaron's Color Combination (Olive, Sky, Turquoise).
I really took creative liberties with this weeks sketch and basically used MJ's sketch as the inspiration for my card today.
I stamped the Silhouette Flowers from Upsy Daisy using the Faux Dry Emboss Technique with White and Turquoise Inks, then added some grass from Inspired by Nature in Olive ink on Sky card stock. I cut this panel with a Spellbinders Oval Die. I created a frame using Spellbinders Labels Four from Turquoise card stock, and sponged the edges. The Faux Brads are punched from Turquoise card stock using the 1/4" Circle Punch, sponged then adhered in place. The Butterfly from Kitchen Sink Stamps 3 Step Butterfly is stamped in Sky, Turquoise and Olive and popped up on a dimensional on the frame. The ric-rack is created using Stampin' Up!'s Scallope Edge Punch.
