Shimmerz Flowers

No worries, I haven't been creating Sympathy cards because I need them, but rather because my stash of them has been depleted for sometime, and I'm just making sure I have them, just in case....

To create the opening in my card, I used my Rectangle Nestabilities and cut my opening in my Candy Lane Designer Series Paper first, then placed some Dotto on the back adhered it to my Chocolate Chip card to find placement for my smaller Nestie, than ran it through the Big Shot. (Don't forget if your a TJ member you can save 10% on your order from Innovative Stamp Creations - that's where I bought my Nesites - and Betsy's also taking orders for the new ones just released at CHA)

I stamped the Cornish Heritage Farms - Shady Tree Studio Artsy Blooms flower on the inside in Black, then colored it with my Bubble Gum and Celery Shimmerz. I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp the flowers on my acetate then layered the acetate between my DSP and Chocolate Chip base card.

To create my custom sentiment, I used the JustRite Special Occasions 50 Point Font for my "S" and "W" and the new Times Roman 25 Point Lower Case Font (being released soon) and the JustRite Rectangle Stampers - using my Stamp-a-ma-jig from proper alignment. If you love to create your own sentiments - JustRite Stampers are the way to go!

I was pretty sure that was acetate when I saw the card on TJ, but I came here to read for certain. This is such a beautiful card, Lisa. I do love the close up to show the Shimmerz, too.

Lisa - I could kiss you! I have seen window cards, I bought several window stamps and then the woman who had the one and only tiny little stamp store here closed it!

I am so happy to have the instructions at last!

Thank you!
Hugs!
