I'm doing double duty again this week - combining MJ's sketch with the TJ Blogstravganza posting!
Today is the 24th day in a row that I've posted a Christmas idea here on my blog, I hope you've been inspired by the projects you've seen so far. Keep checking back - I've got more great Holiday ideas/tutorials to share with you! I even have some Blog Candy coming up later this week!
For today's Christmas Card, I've stamped my image - Worship the Lord a new release coming out in December from Our Daily Bread Designs, in Black Archival Ink on watercolor paper, and colored my image using the Marker Watercoloring Technique.
For today's Christmas Card, I've stamped my image - Worship the Lord a new release coming out in December from Our Daily Bread Designs, in Black Archival Ink on watercolor paper, and colored my image using the Marker Watercoloring Technique.
I used my Angel Wings Shimmerz to paint my trees, roof and snow. I don't have any Oval Nesties...GASP! So I used my coluzzle to cut my ovals. MJ's sketch called for two strips behind the focal image, not wanting to distract from the image, I used my Mat Pack to add some paper piercing on my Flair Designer Paper.
Details:
Stamps - Our Daily Bread Designs - Worship the Lord
Ink - Black Archival, Markers, Shimmerz

WOW! this is GORGEOUS! I love how you implemented the background so subtly. And the church is so pretty. Perfect card! You need to ask Santa for Oval Nesties....Have you been naughty or nice? hmmmm...maybe you better just buy the nesties yourself! LOL! I crack myself up!
How beautiful. Love the dots on the background! Fabulous idea. Love it.
Hey, I just got my copy of VSN! Beautiful card!

Beautiful card Lisa! You absolutely amaze me with your creativity! Inspiring!
This is beautiful Lisa! I love how the church pops on the white snow covered scenery.
Maybe Santa will bring you some oval nesties for Christmas. :) You did great without them though.
