I used the Pleated Paper Technique which can be found on the issue #6 of the TJNL. You can read more detail on how to order your CD#6 here.
Here's another card I created with the same technique, only I didn't use a full piece of designer paper...

Wow! I have to go look up this technique--very cool. Love both DSP that you use.
