I have quite a few new favorite techniques from the August TJNL. This card features the Painted Pigments from the August Issue. You can't tell from the photo, but it has a shimmery look to it.
When working with this technique - I found it easier to do a whole sheet of card stock at one time, then cut it into pieces for my cards.
