My card uses a sentiment from the Class Act Stamp set along along with the fun Clipboard Set dies and Notebook Stamp/Die Duos.  My card also doubles as a gift, as I used the tab die from the Clipboard Set to create a file folder that holds a Gift Card!  (Please see my complete supply list below)
