Our Daily Bread Designs December Release and Blog Hop

Welcome to the New Release post and Blog Hop showcasing projects from Our Daily Bread Designs December Release! You can see all of the December Releases here. Continue reading below to find out how you can win one of three $25 Gift Codes to the ODBD Website!

My card uses the new Pennant Flag Verses stamp set along with the coordinating Pennant Flags and Double Stitched Pennant Flags Dies, along with the new Deco Border Die and a few previously released ODBD Dies and the Shabby Rose Paper Collection (see the full supply list below).

The new Pennant Flag Verses stamp set has a variety of sentiments, some contain a solid background like the one I used on my card, where the background is the color of the ink you used, and the sentiment is the color of the card stock/paper you are stamping on.  There are also a few verses where when the stamp is inked the verse is stamped in the color ink you used, while the background remains the color of the card stock/paper you stamped on.

The verse was stamped in Chocolate ink, then die cut using one of the Pennant Flags dies, layering the stamped panel on  piece of Chocolate paper that was die cut using the Double Stitched Pennant Flags die.  To further embellish my card, I added additional pennant die cuts and the beautiful flowers are created using the Bitty Blossoms die set.
