Today, I'm sharing two projects using the new Pet Sympathy set, Never Forgotten from the September Release along with some additional ODBD products (see product list below).
My first project is a 6" x 6" Scrapbook Page of our sweet Yellow Lab. It's been just over a 1-1/2 since our sweet boy went over the Rainbow Bridge, not a day goes by that we don't think about him. I still can't bear the thought of cleaning his nose prints off my car windows!
Pet Sympathy cards are just as hard for me to make as those for people. Pets are family too, and it's so hard for us to lose them. They provide so much joy and unconditional love!

Two very creative projects for a pet lover.
ReplyDeleteLisa both projects are so sweet! I got all misty eyed looking at your sweet scrapbook page though!!! A special tribute!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful sentiments and dies. It is hard to make something for someone whose pet has passed. My mother has a dog and it is her life. He's her best companion. She and many others would appreciate something so beautifully made. She would agree with your thoughts on cleaning the nose marks off your window. Love that paw print and the twine with the bow.
ReplyDeleteBoth of your projects are beautiful, Lisa!! The first is an excellent example of how the sets can be personalized!! Beautiful layouts and designs!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful artwork Lisa! I'm so sorry for the loss of your fur baby!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful creations! We lost our fur baby last year after a thunder storm and we also remember him all the time! Wish he was still here with us :(

That yellow lab looks like my long lost Llee. Labs are such loving animals. This is a wonderful card to send to someone who has lost a member of their family. Also like the second one. It is less personal but still a wonderful rememberance.
ReplyDeleteYour projects are just beautiful!! Your sweet lab's photo brought tears to my eyes.
ReplyDeleteA great tribute layout for your dog. I'm sure he's waiting for you still! Love the simple colors on your sympathy card, too. Very toned-down, but not depressing. Tfs! ~ Andrea Andrea's Paper Antics
