I've always been drawn to anything with barns. When we purchased the lot we built our house on, one of the reasons I picked it was because there is an old barn on the lot behind us. This month, Artistic Outpost has started a new monthly feature, Product Focus, you can read more about it here on the Artistic Outpost Blog. Along with the Product Focus, all stamps in the Flowers and Gardening section on the AO website are on sale for 20% off through March 7, 2015!
To create my card, I stamped the seed packet from the Bloom and Grow stamp set in Black Archival on Vanilla card stock, then added the chickens from Country Life. Using Eclipse Tape, I masked the chickens so I could stamp the barn scene from the County Life stamp set. To add color to the images, I used STAEDTLER Karat Aquarell Watercolor pencils, blending with Gamsol. The pattern paper is Our Daily Bread Designs Blooming Garden Paper Collection.

What a fabby scene on the seed packet! Love it.
I so agree that there is something about old barns and yours looks amazing in the background. Love the scene you created on the seed packet and those chickens! Great combination of stamps!
