Oh, Baby! Creations by AR February Design Team Blog Hop

Welcome to the Creations by AR Design Team Blog Hop! This month the Creations by AR Team members are sharing creations made with the new Dress Up Baby BagRockin' Horse Card and Rockin' Cradle Templates.

These three new templates are sold separately, or you can purchase the Baby Bundle which includes all three templates for $12 (a saving of $3 if bought separately).

Creations by AR templates are available for use with Electronic Cutting Machines and also as PDF's for those who do not yet own machines. Continue reading below to see how you can win one of the new templates!

I used the Silhouette Cameo to cut all the templates pieces for my projects, leaving them all at their original size.  I think they would also make fabulous Christmas Ornaments when shrunk down in size.

Don't you just love this cute Baby Bag!  The pattern paper is from Graphic 45, I embossed the shirt using the Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder.  To embellish the pocket I shrunk the rocking horse in the "extras" folder to fit the pocket and popped it up on dimensionals.  To embellish the hanger I added Vintage Brown Seam binding and a stamped and die cut tag using Our Daily Bread Designs Precious Boy stamp set along with the ODBD Custom Recipe Card and Tags Die.

Both the Rockin' Horse Card and Rockin' Cradle template are cut from Kraft card stock, the accent pieces on the Rockin' Horse are cut from Espresso card stock.

The crib and bottom rocker panel are stamped using Our Daily Bread Designs Wood Background, all panels are sponged with Gathered Twigs Distress Ink.  The sentiment is stamped in Chocolate on Vanilla card stock and die cut using the ODBD Custom Recipe Card and Tags Die, then tied onto the Tulle using Vintage Brown Seam Binding.

I popped up all the panels on the Rockin' Horse Card for added dimension and used the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder to embellish the saddle.

Detail:

Ink - Espresso, Ranger Gathered Twigs Distress Ink

Adela also recently added another new template called Party Props to the store.  These fun props are sized for both Children and Adults.
