Ribbon Carousel Blog Hop - Day 1

Today kicks off a 4-DAY Ribbon Carousel Blog Hop!  During this 4-Day Hop, each day, a crew of Ribbon Carousel Designers will be sharing with you their Ribbon Carousels and how they use them.  Continue reading below to see how you can win a Ribbon Carousel and 40 Spools!

Before I share my Ribbon Carousel, here's a quick look at part of my Stamp Studio

Here's a look at my Ribbon Carousel, I used it to store ribbons, Scor-Tape, Tissue Tape, Twine and Glue Dots.  Some of the items I keep on there just so I stop losing them on counter!

I personalized the top of my Ribbon Carousel using the Gelli Arts Plate and the Ironwork stencil from Just a Trace.  Simply brayer Acrylic paint of your choice onto the Gelli Arts Plate, then press onto the top of the Ribbon Carousel.  Place the Ironwork Stencil over the background, and use a foam brush to apply a coordinating color of acrylic paint over the stencil.  Remove and wash stencil, let paint dry.

Blog Hop Details:

The link for your name on the other's is not working and instead of getting to your blog it goes to Go Daddy. I commented on Ribbon Carousel main blog to let them know to correct. I found your name on the blog sidebar of Ribbon Carousel and clicking on it worked. Like your organized Ribbon Carousel.

Love the gelli print on your carousel!! And, I would love to win one of these - never enough room for all of my ribbons, etc.

That is a great idea to use it for adhesives as well. I am always looking for one kind or another that I seem to have misplaced!

Oh... My... Gosh!!! I didn't even know these ribbon carousels existed until today - what a beautiful and handy item! I need one of these SO badly - maybe even two or three! LOL! I have so many ribbons stored in various locations - loosely, in Ziploc bags, plastic containers from the deli, jars... it's sad! Winning a carousel would be the best gift I'll receive this Christmas - thank you so much for the opportunity to win one!!!

I love that you can leave the spools on the carousel and then pull off what you need. It looks like it holds alot of spools too!
