Live your Dream

My muse decided to go into hiding this weekend, so I'm just now getting around to finishing my background piece from Friday's challenge.

All stamps are from Artistic Outpost

Stamps - Artistic Outpost. Mixed Media using Gelli Arts Plate and Stencils
The background was created with Acrylic Paints (Green, Yellow, Teal), the Gelli Arts Plate and the Paradise stencil from The Crafters Workshop.  The sweet girl is from the Artistic Outpost Picture Star plate, she was stamped on Tissue Paper, colored with STAEDTLER Karat Aquarell Watercolor Pencils, cut out and adhered to the background with Gel Medium.  The sentiment is from the Kudzu Kafe Plate, also stamped on Tissue paper and adhered with Gel Medium.  After the Gel Medium was dry, I added some lines around the text with a Black STAEDTLER Fineliner, then smeared it slightly with my finger.

Stamps - Artistic Outpost Picture Star, Kudzu Kafe, Whimsical Melange, Flower Market, Typography
Card Stock - White, Black, Green
Ink - Ranger Black Archival
Other - Acrylic Paint (Teal, Green, Yellow), Gelli Arts Plate, Gesso, STAEDTLER Karat Aquarell Watercolor Pencils/Fineliner, Tissue Paper, Gel Medium, Dylusions Spray/Stencil, The Crafters Workshop Stencil, Ink Blending Tool

I'm also linking my card to Carolyn's Colorful Gelli Print Party, so stop by and see the fabulous inspiration by other Gelli Plate users!

Thanks for stopping by!

Great card Lisa. Love your background. The colors are my favorites and the design from the stencil makes them blend fantastically. Aren't those gelli plates fun?
