Artistic Outpost March Release

With March being Women's History Month here in the US,  Artistic Outpost wants to celebrate all of our customers of the female persuasion by offering THREE brand new collections that should tickle any gal's fancy.  All three stamp collections measure 8.5" x 5.5", and are available as a sheet of unmounted red rubber, or mounted on cling foam and hand trim. The mounted stamps come with a plastic index sheet for easy storage.

Secretary Pool:  Featuring retro images including a typewriter, paper clip, staple collage, telephone, and a wonderful vintage alphabet, enjoy creating whimsical cards and other works of art with this versatile vintage collection
For this card I randomly stamped images in Black Archival from the Secretary Pool plate along with images from the Ephemeral Backgrounds plate on Vanilla card stock.  To add color, I dabbed Antique Linen and Mustard Seed Distress Stain on a Gelli Plate, then smooshed my stamped panel into the ink, lifted up and heat set.  The sentiment on the paper in the typewriter is from the new Quote & Quotables plate.  To embellish I tied a Double Bow using Really Reasonable Black Wrinkled Ribbon and Becca's Peg Bow Maker, and added a Typewriter Charm.

Quote & Quotables:  Women, ladies, girls...they say the darndest things. This collection of 9 fanciful quotes features idyllic and profound statements by Helen Keller, Lucille Ball, and Audrey Hepburn among others.

A rather CAS card, using one of the quotes from the Quote & Quotables plate along with the steamboat from HuckFinn.  All images are stamped in Black Archival on Vanilla card stock.  To add color to the background I swiped a Kpad across the Gelli Plate, spritzed with water then smooshed my stamped panel into the ink.
Flower Market:  Inspired by the famous flower markets of France, this collection of spring images includes 13 images including daffodils, lavender, poppies, and a cherub French girl who will most likely be chasing butterflies.
Another CAS card, going with a softer look for Artistic Outpost.  Both the Moth and the sentiment are from the Flower Market plate.  I used the Mojo Monday Sketch for inspiration, Prima papers and some Zva Creative Flourishes to embellish.

Thanks for stopping by, be sure to stop by and see what the other Design Team members created with these new plates:

What a lovely set of cards! The Secretary Pool card is fun - great old typewriter, the Flower Market is very elegant, but my favourite is the simplicity of the Quotes card. The image, background and sentiment are fab.

I've checked out the rest of the quotes too and this has found its way into my basket :)

Hi Lisa! Hoping this post finds you feeling a wee bit better. Your inspiration pieces are just that, an inspiration. Love the colors you chose for each piece. I really must invest in a Gelli pad. They truly add a finishing touch to your work. Please take care. Yvonne
