It's challenge time over at the Stampotique Designers Challenge Blog, Maria is your challenge hostess and she's challenging you to use your Stampotique images to alter a bottle. When I first saw this challenge, I have to admit, I had no clue as to what to create, so I left it until the last minute. I'm the kinda gal who works better under pressure!
I have to say, I'm really thrilled how this turned out. I actually did a lot of recycling of odds and ends in my embellishment drawer, adding some bits and pieces of Jewelry and Tim Holtz Idea-ology pieces. To further embellish, I added some Zva Creative Pearls, flowers dipped in UTEE, Tulle, Dyed Seam Binding that left my hands colored for a few days, a Door Knob and the sweet image of Midge from Stampotique. Put that all together with an old glass bottle I had sitting on my hutch and you get this lovely piece!
Details:
Stamps - Stampotique
Ink - Ranger Black Archival, Ranger Distress Ink Gathered Twigs
Card Stock - Vanilla
Other - Seam Binding, Misc. pieces from Tim Holtz Idea-ology Lines, Zva Creative Flourish, Flowers, UTEE, Melt Pot, Non Stick Craft Sheet, Glimmer Mist, Bottle, Glue Dots, Door Knob, Multi Purpose Glue, Tulle
You have until November 8th, to ink up your Stampotique images and play along for your chance to win a $30 Stampotique Gift Certificate, see complete details here.
