Designs by Lisa Somerville: Stars & Stripes Forever

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you had a wonderful 4th! Trying to stay one step ahead with the short week, I took inspiration from MoJo Monday Sketch 198 and the Patriotic Theme at The Kraft Journal to create today's card using the beautiful Not Forgotten image from Our Daily Bread Designs.

The papers are from Bo Bunny, the right panel was also embossed with the Stars Cuttlebug Folder, all panels are inked and distressed. In my scrap file I found the perfect piece with the sentiment "stars & stripes" which worked perfectly with the sketch.

The image is stamped in Black Archival on a scrap of pattern paper, colored with Gamsol and Staedtler Pencils, inked and distressed.
