Pink Lilacs

Happy Kitchen Sink Stamps Monday, thanks for stopping by, I hope you had a great weekend!  We went from having the furnace on at the beginning of the week, to 3 days with the air conditioner on, back to the furnace, not to mention a weekend full of rain.  At least the rain stopped long enough to take Prom pictures of Jim and Courtney.  Here's a few of my favorite pictures

Oh that's right,  you stopped by to see my card....
My Lilacs are not open yet, they usually bloom in another week or so, and I can't wait!  I just love the smell of Lilacs blowing through the air!  I used Kitchen Sink Stamps Multi Step Lilacs, along with the Reel Ribbon Color Challenge and Sketchy Colors Sketch to create my card.  The beautiful papers are from Pink Paislee.

Great prom photos! Wow, it makes me think back to mine...WAYYYY back! lol That dress and the tux look so beautiful on that dark green grass. (Our grass is more of a brown from the sun, and we can only water 2 days a week, during certain hours.)

I love lilacs. My grandmother used to have llight purple lilac bushes. They were so pretty and smelled so good. Your card is beautiful! It seems your cards are really tuning in to my memories! I love the different shades of pink you used...love these stamps!

I have had this gardenia plant for 15 years, and maybe we have had 5-7 blooms. This past week we have had 8! My home smells so wonderful! I put one in each room, and the house could be floating on the sweet smell. Can't wait to see a photo of your lilacs.

Wonderful card. Thanks for the memories, Lisa.

Traci S.
