With Love - Heartfelt Creations Blog Hop

Welcome to the Heartfelt Creations Design Team Blog Hop, I'm so glad you could stop by today!  If you arrived from Linda's Blog your in the right spot, if not, you can continue on the hop from my blog, as this is a circular hop!  Today, the Heartfelt Creations Design Team members are throwing a Blog Hop to thank Heartfelt Creations for the wonderful images they have provided us to create with for our Design Team Term.

I used some of my favorite papers from the Basic Grey Curio Line and images from Heartfelt Creations Posy Patch and Inspire Me Sentiments to create a card and matching small Paint Can

For the card, I die cut the Basic Grey Curio paper using SU's Top Note Die, sponged the edges and layered it on a panel of BG Curio, Chocolate card stock, and the Guava base card.  The sentiment is from the Inspire Me Sentiments stamped in Chocolate.  I added a portion of the Decorative Oval Window Die that was die cut from BG Curio Paper, some Zva Pearls, and a Flower that was created with the Posy Patch Stamps/Die Cut (also stamped on Curio paper), curling the edges with the Petal Roller by Imaginisce.

For the small paint can, I cut the BG Curio paper to size, and inserted it inside the paint can.  For the lid, I adhered a Chocolate Circle, and a smaller Circle cut from BG Curio paper, then added the stamped/die cut Posy, and tied on some Seam Binding.

I liked the card about remembering someone after they are gone. Sent it to my daughter, Lisa Somerville, as she had lost a special friend this past year. I saw a rpoject of yours in a Craft magazine and had to check you out as your name is the same as my daughter. I will have you bookmarked from now on. Love what I have seen.
