My Dear Friends

I'm glad to see a lot of the challenge blogs are back up and running after the holidays, so I got creative incorporating a few of them into my card!

I usually have a method to my madness when I create, and today's card was no different.  I started with the sketch from Get Sketchy #69

Then Selected my papers - Basic Grey Curio, and  images.  The sweet little girls and wonderful sentiment are from Stampotique Originals

The image is stamped in Black Archival on Vanilla card stock, then colored with Chalks.  The sentiment is stamped in Black Archival on a piece of BG Curio paper, the bottom half is embossed with the Damask Texture Fades folder then lightly inked with a Sponge Dauber and Chocolate Ink.

Details:
Stamps - Stampotique Originals
Ink - Chocolate, Black Archival
Card Stock - Black, Chocolate, Vanilla
Other - Spellbinders Dies, Sponge Dauber, Texture Fades Damask Folder, SAMJ, Big Shot, Basic Grey Curio, Black Gems
