Live the Life you Have Imagined

I love the clean look of monochromatic cards, not my normal style of stamping, but it's always great to throw them into the mix every now and then.  What's that Blue in the background you ask?  While taking photos of my project last night, the Grey background in the Light Box was really washing out the picture, so I opted for the Blue screen which gave much better lighting to the card.

I'm always looking for different dies to combine with the beautiful Window Scene Die from Heartfelt Creations, here I've add Spellbinders Oval dies to cover the opening, and now have a nice open space for the wonderful sentiment from Stampotique.  The sentiment is stamped in Chocolate on White card stock, then I added Carmel to the center using a Stipple Brush.  The lovely flower is created using the Tea Bag Folding Technique, you can find my Video Tutorial here on the Gingersnaps Blog.  The Tea Bag Folding theme ties in with this months Challenge theme of Coffee, Tea and Cocoa, there are a lot of fun challenges and wonderful tutorials on the blog with this months theme.
