One of the latest techniques in the
Technique Junkie Newsletter is Metallic Parchment, it sure does make a beautiful background! On this card I paired up the background with this wonderfull collage image from A Lovely Day plate by
Artistic Outpost. The collage image is stamped in Black Archival on Watercolor paper, then colored using the Marker Watercoloring Technique.
