Happy Bloggers Challenge Friday! This weeks theme is a Color Challenge - use Greens/White neutrals as needed. Pretty easy color challenge for March, don't you think?
With Spring just around the corner, I thought the Multi Step Trees from Kitchen Sink Stamps would be just perfect for this color challenge. To stamp the trees, I started with #4 in Artichoke, #3 Old Olive, #2 Kiwi Kiss, #1 Certainly Celery, it makes for some nice coloring on the leaves. The sentiment is from Words of Comfort and Joy. "Bring you peace and strength" is a long sentiment, so I cut my sentiment afer the word "you" now I can position it on my acrylic block to fit many different images. There was a bit too much open space so I added the Geese from Friends of the Moon in Memento Rich Cocoa. To soften the edges I used the Wisped Frames Technique from the current TJNL in Certainly Celery.
