Bloggers Challenge - Pick a Technique

Happy Friday! This week I asked the Bloggers Challenge Players to pick a technique to use with their post. If you'd like to play along, just leave a direct link to your post in the comments section. You can use any technique, and if possible, link to or give directions to the technique you use.

So many techniques....So little time! I just received the new Multi Step Pine Trees from Kitchen Sink Stamps and was itching to ink it up for my post. Aren't they beautiful! I stamped them on White, added my sentiment from the Multi Step Lights Mini using a SAMJ and the star from the Multi Step Ornament & Stars Mini . The panel is layered on Real Red and adhered to the inside of my card. For the outside, I layered a Real Red panel on a Mellow Moss panel, then cut an Oval using Spellbinders Nestabilities. I embossed the Red panel with the Snowflakes Folder and used the CuttleBug Highlights Technique (past TJNL Tech) to add dimension to the embossing. I cut a smaller Oval from the Hunter base card, than layered my embossed panel onto the base card.

Details:
Stamps - Kitchen Sink Stamps Multi Step Lights Mini, Multi Step Pine Trees, Multi Step Ornament & Stars Mini
Ink - Memento Lady Bug, Bamboo Leaves, Cottage Ivy, Stampin' Up! Handsome Hunter, Riding Hood Red
Card Stock - Stampin' Up! White, Real Red, Handsome Hunter, Mellow Moss
