JustRite Font Blog Hop

I'm glad you stopped by to see what I created for the JustRite Font Blog Hop! The JustRite Design Team is being joined by many talented stampers for today's hop, in fact there are so many stampers, there's another hop tomorrow! To celebrate the JustRite Mega Font Hop, JustRite is having a 7 Day Font Sale. From September 17-24th, you can save 30% on all JustRite font sets including the Horizontal and Vertical Font Stampers. Be sure to scroll down after my artwork to read about the Mystery Blog Candy from JustRite.

I created a trio of Halloween ideas using JustRite Fonts and images from Witch Way to the Treats

The first item I created was a Sour Cream Container filled with Candy Corn, using Basic Grey Eerie paper - I love this paper pad!

I used stamped the Skull from Which Way to the Treats using the 1-3/16" Wooden Stamper, stamping in Black on Watercolor paper. I watercolored the image, then added some Green Spica Glitter to his hat, punched it out and popped it up on a dimensional on the Black circle. The sentiment is from the same set, stamped in Black on Olive card stock. I loaded the sentiment Sweet Treats for You from the Celebrations Demi Phrases (note I cut off the stars) onto my 1-5/8" Wooden Stamper, then loaded the Times New Roman 15 Point Font to personalize my treat, stamping in Black on Pumpkin, then punching with the 1-3/4" Circle Punch, and adhering to my Black Grosgrain ribbon with a dimensional.

I used my Test Tube Holder Pattern to create my box out of Black card stock, then added layers of Green and Eerie paper from Basic Grey. (Click to enlarge). The Frankenstein image and sentiment are from Witch Way to the Treats. Frankenstein is stamped in Black on Watercolor paper, then colored using the Marker Watercoloring Technique, punched out and layered on a Black circle. The sentiment is stamped in Black on Green card stock, punched out, layered under the image then adhered to the front of my box. To create the sentiment "pumpkin poop" for my Test Tube, I used the Horizontal Wooden Stamper, the Times New Roman 15 point Font and a Stamp-a-ma-jig. The Horizontal Stamper and fonts are great for creating your own custom greetings or personalizing your creations.

A special treat for the "bigger" trick or treaters in my house, I created this cute little gift card holder. The Olive card stock was cut using the Sizzix Kit #3 Card, Horizontal Note, trimming to make it a layer panel. The cute images are from Witch Way to the Treats, stamped in Black on Watercolor paper, colored using the Marker Watercoloring Technique. I punched the images out with a Square Punch, then adhered them to the backside of the Olive panel. I attached a strip of Basic Grey Eerie paper onto the olive panel, tied on a piece of Black Grosgrain, and used the Color Spritzer Tool to add some Black specks to the panel. Using the JustRite Vertical Stamper and Times New Roman 95 point Font, I stamped the sentiment in Black.

Details for all projects:
Stamps - JustRite Stampers Witch Way to the Treats, Vertical Stamper, Times New Roman 15 and 95 Point Fonts, Horizontal Stamper, 1-5/8" Stamper, 1-3/16" Stamper, Celebrations Demi Phrases
Ink - Black, Markers, Spica Glitter Pens
Card Stock - Black, Olive, Watercolor, Pumpkin, Basic Grey Eerie, Green
Other - Circle Punches, Black Grosgrain, Color Spritzer Tool, Big Shot, Sizzix Card Kit #3 Horizontal Note, Sponge Dauber, Stamp-a-ma-jig, Dimensionals
