TechnoStamper Sketch Challenge/CHF Challenge

Happy Monday! Well, my calendar shows April - but we woke to quite a bit of snow overnight. Hopefully it will all melt, as I don't want to head out to shovel, as it's the wet heavy type of snow - but sure makes for some pretty pictures.

I should have created my card for MJ's challenge last night - but got sucked into a long game of BeJeweled on the computer....So, I'm doing double duty with MJ's Sketch and combining it with the CHF Blog Challenge.

I stamped the Artsy Blooms from CHF in Black Archival then colored them using the Marker Watercoloring Technique. The Pumpkin panel under the flowers was embossed the SU's Texturz Plates and the Big Shot.

Details:
Stamps - CHF Artsy Blooms
Ink - Black Archival, Markers
Card Stock - Watercolor, Black, Pumpkin
Other - Texturz Plates, Big Shot, Aquapainter

Here's MJ's original sketch if you'd like to play along.

Thanks for stopping by - have a great week!

Wow, we were supposed to get all that snow, but they said the IL storm sucked the moisture out of ours :)

Your card is absolutely beautiful!

Yep, that silly snow is heading out way now. I have had it! I am not really sure why someone who really does not like snow would live in the Buffalo area. Go figure. Anyway, back to the matter at hand, your card is beautiful. Those flowers look fabulous in this color. Love it. Thanks for playing along.

Pleeeaaazzzee do NOT send that snow our way!! I'm tired of winter and it's kind of nice to see the grass turning green and the buds on the trees. BUT April has always been a tricky month, weatherwise. GREAT photos, BTW. AND a fabulous card. Simple, but lovely. That floral stamp is so pretty!

What a great card and snow pictures! But I am sure glad we don't have it. It's chilly enough here in GA (for my taste)
