Another Monday...Another sketch from MJ at TechnoStamper. I had started this card last night, but didn't get around to finishing it until this morning. My boys have the day off of school, so that always puts me behind just a bit when I don't schedule my blog posts.
The beautiful printed paper is Marrakech by Basic Grey. I used my JustRite Harmony Classic Circle Stamper III for the sentiment. I like to trim my JustRite images so that way when I ink them up, I don't have to worry about getting ink on the empty areas. I actually colored the stamp with markers, stamped on Vanilla card stock, and cut with my Small Circle Nestabilities. I did use my Aquapainter and the Ink Wash Technique to pull some color into the open areas of the butterfly.
Here's MJ's sketch if you'd like to play along this week. It's a sketch that I'll be using many times, it's also the perfect one for all my JustRite Stampers! Click here to see the new products coming soon from JustRite.
Details:

Lisa - thanks for the JustRite new products link! And, thanks so much for the clever tip of cutting off the rubber that ends up with ink - NOT on purpose! Enjoy your blog and great cards, KellyL
