She's So Sweet

Do you check out the weekly sketches on SCS? I love Wednesday's Sketch Challenges, and this week was no exception. I see many possibilities with this weeks sketch, I did create a different card with this sketch and will be sharing that later this week on my blog.

The image I used today is from a new release coming next week at Innovative Stamp Creations - She's so Sweet...She is, isn't she! I started out by using the Spectrum Roll Technique on Shimmer Card Stock for my background, then stamped my focal image in Black Archival. I used my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig, to stamp the images on the remaining two panels, so that when I layered them, they'd match up pretty closely. The image of the girl is also stamped on Shimmer Card Stock and colored with ink pads and the Aquapainter, then placed on dimensionals. Wanting to add a bit of dimension to my Gable Green card stock, I ran it through my Big Shot, using my Texturz plates. (Unfortunately if doesn't so up so well in this photo)

Details:
Stamps - Innovative Stamp Creations - She's so Sweet
Ink - Late November, Black Archival, Markers
Card Stock - Shimmer, Black, Gable Green, Ruby Red
Other - Dimensionals, Texturz Plates, Big Shot, Aquapainter, Brayer, Spritz Bottle, 1/4" Square Punch
