Here's a quick card I made for my DH for Valentine's Day. I used the Cutie Pie Plate from Artistic Outpost, coloring my image using the Marker Water Coloring Technique, then added some shimmer with my Spica Glitter Pens. The tags are actually a free Digital Download you can find at House Of 3 then click on Freebies at the top. I printed my coupons out, then punched out the portion I wanted with my Tag Punch.
