I just love the background stamp in the new Vintage Circus Plate from Artistic Outpost - it measures 3-3/4" x 5" so it perfect for the panel I've created here - but also works well for smaller panels, or for spotlighting portions of the plate.
For this card I stamped my images on Matte card stock and used the Smackin' Acetate Technique (really morphed this to suite my needs), but instead of markers I used the Celebration Spectrum Pad - just smooshed it around on my open clear envie - worked like a charm! I did apply Chocolate Chip ink with a sponge dauber on the edges just to age it a bit. I used my Paper Shapers Ticket Punch to punch the stamped "admit one" from my pink card stock which had also been aged with Chocolate Chip Ink.
