For today's card, I paired up the Masked Frames Technique from the December TJNL with the Paper Piecing Technique. I used Eclipse tape for my mask, as I've found it stays in place much better.
All images come from Starving Artistamps Santa's Sweet Shoppe. I added paper piecing to the bears cup using Cosmo Cricket - Be Good, and his scarf using paper from Dream Street Papers that I purchased here. This same designer paper from Dream Street is also used as one of my panel pieces. I added a bit of stickles to the scarf and to all four corners of my panels, for added interest. The card stock for my base layer is Light Hawaiian Blue from WorldWin Papers.
