Well, the December issue of the TJNL is being mailed out to subscribers, and 2 of the new techniques in this issue have to do with frames....No, not the frames you put pictures in, but frames you can create around your stamped images. I just LOVE this new set, Worship the Lord from Our Daily Bread Designs! This set is one of the new releases coming on December 1st. The technique I used here is Torn Frames from the 12/08 TJNL. For my frame pieces, I used my Labels II. My image is stamped in Black Archival on watercolor paper, then colored using the Marker Watercoloring Technique. I added Angel Wings Shimmerz to my trees and roof top for some added sparkle. The designer paper and card stock used can be found here. I used my paper piercing tool to add interest around my image.Details:

My second card also uses one of the new Frame Techniques from the 12/08 TJNL. I've also added some Paper Piecing and accented the sleigh with Coal Shimmerz. This Masked Frame Technique is a great way showcase your focal image.
My cute images come from Starving Artistamps DoodleFactory - Santa's Sweet Shoppe. I used Eclipse Tape to stamp and mask my images. The designer paper is from Christmas Magic and can be found here.Details:

These are wonderful as all your creations are. Your blogsravaganza things are all giving me some great ideas for my Annual Sister's Retreat I am having the day after Thanksgiving. My five sister-in-laws are all coming over for a great time of creating, talking, crafting and of course, eating. Thanks for the inspiration.
