The mini boxes of DOTS are my favorite Halloween candy!
I know that no one gives them out any more (fear of home-made things and all) but I LOVE caramel apples! For candies that they DO give out, I love those mini Twix bars -- too bad I am too old for Trick or Treating, but I do love seeing my kids enjoy it!

I was recently introduced to a new candy mix that I flipped over, which is simply combining traditional Candy Corn with salted peanuts. Great mix of salty/sweet.

My favorite Halloween costume is the Hershey Kiss costume I made years ago. I still love to wear it and it gets lots of comments. As far as candy, anything chocolate works for me.

My favorite costume is the one I made for my son when he was 2...the lion from the Wizard of Oz. I loved it and so did he; in fact he wore that costume every year until he was 6 and the legs looked like capris! LOL

My favorite candy is candy corn! Can't have that stuff in the house or it's gone in 60 minutes! My favorite costume is the mouse costume I made for our son when he was 4. Covered him from head to toe with shoe spats and gloves.
I think my favorite would have to be the matching clown costumes I made for my teenage daughter and I a few years back - took her totally off guard when I got dressed up also- was lots of fun

My favorite candy is butterfingers. Just love those! My favorite costume is one I made my daughter when she was five and she went as a dalmation. She had on white tights, white shirt, and tennis shoes. We drew little black spots all over and I made her some dog ears on a headband and we colored her nose black. She was so cute, and she loved having a tail!

My favourite Halloween treat, which I haven't had since I was a kid (many, many moons ago!) are popcorn balls. There was a house down the street that always had them. It was our first stop of the night. Presently, my favourite are Musketeer bars! Yum!!

My favorite costume was Ethel the wacky waitress. I had cat glasses and I had so much fun and everyone loved it.
My favorite Halloween was a clown costume that I borowed from another mother on the street who who had sewn it herself. It was red and red gingham and I borrowed it for my younger son when he was 1 and 2. I bet it has been passed down to her grand children.
My favorite candy is Mounds-I love coconut! My son always looks through his goodies for me. Last night he pulled out an Almond Joy-close enough! (he asked for the almond)

My favourite Halloween treat---and it's technically not candy---has always been the little cellophone bags of Planters peanuts. Not easy to find them in the market nowadays but they're healthier than sugary candy and SO tasty!
Pretty much anything chocolate. Snickers are my all-time favorite but any chocolate will do. :)

I love those mini snickers. I have always loved nuts with my chocolate. When I was still in grade school, I had a friend who's mother would make red "chewy" candy apples and sprinkle them with sugar. My mom tried to make them but they would get hard. I so loved those!
Hmmmm - I think I have to say those peanut butter taffy or mary janes. Caramel apple taffy is good too. Of course, chocolate is ALWAYS good.
Favorite costume would be a little stinker (skunk) costume for under 2 years old.

She held an empty frame up that had a painted background attached to the top that fell behind her face. Wear no makeup but a long black wig. How original is that! I guess my all time favorite is tootsie rolls. Though my favorite candy is jelly belly jelly beans not too many give them out for halloween. My boyfriend and I dressed up last year with him as a christmas tree at 6'7" and me as a present at 4'11" we got alot of compliments.

Wow! What a super treat your Blog candy is-sure hope my # is chosen! My favorite costume is one my mom made me too many years ago to tell! LOL I was a viking warrior (we come from Viking stock!) and I loved carrying around my sword and wearing the furry "poncho" she made. I wore it as my winter coat for a few years. Costume is one that I made and went to the 2nd hand store and found all the items to build "MUMMY" it was rather cute I painted spiders, webs and the sort on it for aging effect.

yummy snickers funsize bars are my favorite. The best costume I have seen is a grown man dressed up as baby Huey! He had on a diaper, a bonnet & carried a huge pacifier.

my favorite costume has to be when I was 10 my mom made me into a scarecrow but taking one of my dad's old flannel shirts and tying it around me with twine then she stuffed it with real straw. Also tied some straw around my legs with twine. It was really cute but really itchy! good thing I only wore it for a contest and didn't have to wear it trick or treating! btw, I won the contest so that was cool too! :-) thanks! Oh my all time favorite Halloween candy would have to be popcorn balls! I know nobody does that anymore, but when I was a kid, if there was a house giving them out, word would spread and we would all beat a path to that house! LOL! They just say Halloween to me!

I LOVE Reese's Peanut Butter cups and of course alot of other kinds...
My favorite costume.....the year my daughter was a witch's hat. I used a hula hoop for the brim of the hat (which was around her feet)& with two holes at the point of the hat for her to see. Very easy costume to make...used black fabric and just made a cone/hat shape from scratch!
Best part....she won for the best costume in the 2nd grade!
Reese's PB cups. I like how they change the shapes for the different holidays too. Oh and there are punpkin kisses too. And salted peanuts with candy corn mixed in. Thanks for sharing this set. It is on my wish list because I just ordered the 10 designer borders and centers and the 3 classic borders.
