Monogram Paperweight

I'm always looking for great personalized gifts to make for the upcoming holiday's, and when I came across these paperweights, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with them. I used my C45 Monogram Stamper and my From the Desk of/Library of/Kitchen of Borders to created this great monogram paperweight.

Using my monogram stamper I put my border and fonts in place, and stamped my monogram on white card stock. I punched it out with my 1-3/4" circle punch, layered it on a piece of gold card stock I had punched with my 2" circle punch, then onto a black circle I cut with my coluzzle. After adhering and stacking my circles I placed them into the base of my paperweight, and assembled my project. This project got a big wow from my family - especially my oldest who said "hey, those are my initials on that paperweight, awesome mom!"

Here's a close up of my finished project.
ETA - my fingers typed faster than I wanted them to - I've changed the punch size to reflect the correct one. My image was stamped then punched with the 1-3/4" circle punch.
