What better way to use up your scraps, than to make a bracelet! Here I've teamed up the Eastern Elegance rub-ons and the Bali Breeze Designer Series Paper to make a beautiful
bracelet.
I applied my rub-ons to scraps of DSP, then adhered them to my bracelet blank. Covered the DSP with Crystal Effects and let dry.
