You can purchase your hinged tins at Specialty Bottle or Paper Mart.
To create my insert, I cut my card stock to 6 5/16" x 4 1/2" scored at 9/16" on all sides - cut in, then used my retired corner rounder to round the corners so it fit nicely inside my tin. Circle was cut with the smallest circle on the coluzzle companion. I did have to flatten the bottom of the eggs for the lid to shut - but it works.
