Card Stock - So Saffron, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White
Stamps - Bundle of Joy
Ink - Black Stazon, Barely Banana, Bashful Blue
Other, Sponge Dauber, Small Oval Punch, Bashful Blue Grosgrain, Certainly Celery Prints DSP
I've often admired Julie's use of shapes under her images - such as this, and while working on some baby projects, thought hmmmm how can I do that with what I have - then it hit me!
Here's the image before I added the faux shadow
Here's how I created my faux shadow
- take your small oval punch and punch it into a scrap piece of card stock
- place your template over your image where you want to add the shadow shape
- next using your sponge dauber and ink, sponge the open area of your punched image
Here's a look after I removed the template
