Note the Scallop Edge was made using the Oval Coluzzle - cut using line 5 (green galore piece), then the confetti circle was cut using line 4. To make the scallops remove the guard on your small corner rounder and punch around your oval - slightly overlapping as you punch. I also used my cutter kit to add some distressing to the scallop and the circle.
