This card also uses the Pentel Metallic Brush Markers and Sheer Heaven Vellum - the technique I used is called Metallic Chic.
Did you know you could do polished stone with the Metallic Brush Markers? Yep, you sure can, and it's really pretty on the Sheer Heaven Vellum. I dropped green and gold (although it looks like yellow) drops of marker from my brush tips, then spritzed it with rubbing alcohol and dabbed it with a cotton ball to move my colors around. Once dry, I stamped my image in black stazon on my vellum.
The Krylon Gold Leafing Pen works great with the Polished Stone Technique. After you've dabbed your reinkers onto your glossy card stock, dab some of your Krylon Gold Leafing Pen onto your cotton ball, saturate it with rubbing alcohol and dab it all over your glossy card stock. Be sure to let dry - you can then seal it with a fixative spray. Stamp your images with black stazon.

Marvy also makes a nice Metallic marker- I used it to create the Spectrum Roll background on this Balmy Breezes card.
Stampin' Up! Stampin' Write Markers work great with this Ink Wash Technique. I also used a Zig Painty to add gold edging to my card stock.

Smackin' Acetate is another great technique for those Stampin' Write Markers.
