As a member of the Stampers Club, you agree to purchase just $30 per month in stamping merchandise. This club will go from August 2007-December 2007.* (A new club will from in January)

I agree to participate in Lisa's Stampin' Up! Stampers 5 Club, that will run from August 2007-December 2007. I agree to purchase $30 each month from any current Stampin' Up! catalog. I understand my order with payment is due on the 15th of each month. I understand that for participating in this club I will receive a FREE Stampin' Up! Catalog. I also understand that I will be guaranteed Level 1 hostess benefits when it is my month to be "hostess".
