Mixed Media Card Tutorial

Thanks for stopping by, today I'm sharing Mixed Media Card Tutorial using the eBrush and Siphon Adapter Kit along with stamps from Stampotique

My card fits the Stampotique Challenge SDC229 - Too Much Fun and the Let's Play February Challenge (use neglected Art Supplies), my neglected supplies are the Dylusions Sprays.

Details:
Stamps - Stampotique Originals
Card Stock - Indigo, Black, Mixed Media
Ink - Ranger Black Archival, Ranger Gathered Twigs Distress Ink
Other: eBrush with Siphon Adapter Kit, Foam Brush, Non Stick Craft Mat, Ink Sprays (I used three colors and added water to the Siphon bottles), Donna Downey Heart Texture, The Crafters Workshop, Acetate
Not Shown: DecoArt Gesso, DecoArt Matte Medium, Ink Blending Tool, Tissue Tape, Spectrum Noir Adapter, Spectrum Noir Marker, STAEDTLER Watercolor Pencils, Mineral Spirits

Using the eBrush and Siphon Adapter Kit, spray Acetate with the Ink/Water mixture.

Continue spraying acetate until you have the colors to your liking, being careful not to muddy the colors.

Smoosh Mixed Media paper onto the sprayed acetate.

Lift Mixed Media paper from acetate, heat set or set aside to dry.

Using the eBrush and Spectrum Noir Adapter, spray over the opening of the stencil as desired.

Use background panel as desired.  My finished steps are shown below.

Paper piece stamped images using scraps from your background panel.  Add additional color using Watercolor Pencils, blending with Mineral Spirits.

Adhere torn tissue tape to inked background as shown.  Using scissors, cut out stamped images, adhere to background panel using DecoArt Matte Medium. Add heart images using Black Archival Ink.

Apply DecoArt Gesso to your project using the cap from the Ink Sprays or any other circle cap that you have handy.  Let dry.

Adhere images and stamped sentiment as desired.  Let completely dry.

Sponge edges of stamped panel, adhere to card stock as shown.

Dylusions is one of my most used art supplies, that spray thing looks so much fun. Great card you made with it.
