Roses in Bloom - Our Daily Bread Designs June Release

Welcome to the New Release post showcasing projects from Our Daily Bread Designs June Release!  You can see all of the June Releases here.  Continue reading below to find out how you can win one of three $15 Gift Certificates to the ODBD Store good towards the purchase of ODBD stamps.

I created two Fun Folds cards using some of the stamps, dies and custom papers from the June release along with a few other ODBD Custom Dies.

Here's the closed view of my card

Don't you just love the new ODBD Blushing Rose Paper Collection! I stamped the roses from the Rose Mini Stamp Set in Coffee Archival on White card stock and die cut the frame using one of the labels from the ODBD Custom Vintage Flourish Pattern Die.  I stamped the Roses and leaves a second time, coloring them with STAEDTLER Karat Aquarell Watercolor pencils and popped up just the Rose flowers and leaves with dimensionals.  The stamped panel is layered on a label from the Blushing Rose Paper Collection, then onto an Espresso panel that was die cut using one of the labels from the ODBD Custom Vintage Flourish Pattern Die.  To embellish I added Vintage Brown Seam Binding, Zva Creative Crystal Gems, stamped butterflies using the Faith stamp set, a stamped tag using the ODBD Custom Recipe Card and Tags Die along with the sentiment from My Friend, and the vine flourish from the ODBD Custom Fancy Foliage Die.

Here is the open view
The stamped panel uses a sentiment from My Friend stamped in Ranger Coffee Archival, with the Rose overstamped in Caramel.

Details:
Stamps - Our Daily Bread Designs My Friend, Rose, Faith
Card Stock - Espresso, White
Ink - Ranger Coffee Archival, Ranger Gathered Twigs Distress Ink
Other - ODBD Custom Recipe Card and Tags Die/Vintage Flourish Pattern Die/Fancy Foliage Die, ODBD Blushing Rose Paper Collection, Zva Creative Crystal Gems, Big Shot, Ink Blending Tool, Scor-Pal, Dimensionals, Glue Dots, SAMJ, Vintage Brown Seam Binding

My next project is a Box Card

I used the SVG Cuts Box Card and the Silhouette Cameo to create the Box Card from Espresso card stock, adding pattern paper from the ODBD Blushing Rose Paper Collection. I did resize the Box Card to fit the Rose flowers.  I stamped the Roses in Brown Archival on Watercolor paper, colored them with STAEDTLER Karat Aquarell Watercolor pencils, cut them out and attached them to the box panels with Glue Dots.  To embellish, I added a stamped sentiment from the My Friend, stamping the sentiment in Coffee Archival on a scrap of the pattern paper and die cutting the panel with the smallest ODBD Custom Vintage Labels Die.  This panel is layered on an Espresso panel die cut using the ODBD Custom Vintage Flourish Pattern Die, and embellished using the ODBD Custom Fancy Foliage Die and flower from the ODBD Custom Ornamental Crosses Die.
