I went rather CAS with my card, using the sweet little witch image from the Artistic Outpost Vintage Halloween set.
The image is stamped in Black Archival on Vanilla card stock, then colored with STAEDTLER Karat Aquarell WC Pencils, blending with gamsol. The papers are from the Echo Park Chillingsworth Manor Collection, to embellish and add a bit of texture, I added a piece of Black Net Ribbon.
